This is an Intermediate Musicianship, Music Theory, & Worship Band
Including: Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass, Keys, Drums, and Voice
(Drums partial pullout - with Darrell)

Goals and Purposes:

  • To equip those who desire to lead worship with the ability to play a musical instrument

  • To know and understand basic terminology used in playing music

  • To understand and use basic music theory to play worship music

  • To experience worshiping as a team, and to create worship using the skills taught.

New Testament Survey | Session 1 | 6:45p to 7:45p

By the end of the course, students will:

  • Understand the historical background leading into the New Testament era.

  • Recognize the purpose, contents, and theological emphasis of each book.

  • Gain tools for studying the New Testament more effectively and independently.

This survey course is designed not for exhaustive study of each book, but as a foundational journey that equips students to approach the New Testament with clarity, context, and confidence.

Ephesians 1-3 | Session 2 | 7:45p to 8:45p

By the end of the course, students will:

  • Understand the riches of God’s grace and the believer’s position “in Christ.”

  • See how Christ breaks down barriers and creates one new humanity in His Church.

  • Discover how God’s eternal purpose is fulfilled through His people.

This course emphasizes the deep theological foundations of the Christian life found in Ephesians 1–3, preparing students to live out the practical implications Paul unfolds in chapters 4–6.
